Our Journey
Began with a personal story. One of our founders struggled to book a medical appointment for his mother while studying abroad. With no easy or trustworthy platform to rely on, a fundamental question emerged: how can we make access to healthcare services simpler?
From that moment a founding team with diverse backgrounds carne together and bed an building the company from a small workspace
at home. Our initial focus was on patients, but through research and real-world experience. we soon realized that the core challenges existed
within the clinics themselves.
Issues like patient no-shows and high operational costs were directly impacting service quality and efficiency. That led us to rethink our approach and focus on clinic support. We interviewed over 1,500 patients who missed appointments and found that over 70% had simply forgotten. This insight drove us to develop an intelligent reminder system tailored to each patient’s behavior and timing—significantly reducing no-show rates.
Clinicy’s platform also helped clinics automate scheduling, communication, and billing—reducing reliance on large administrative teams and increasing operational efficiency without compromising on care quality.
